Curriculum Vitae

As an Assistant Professor (TT) of Political Science at the University of Marburg, my areas of expertise revolve around comparative politics, political behavior, party politics, and computational social science.

My research has been published in European Journal of Political Research (EJPR), Political Communication, Political Behavior, Perspectives on Politics, Journal of European Public Policy (JEPP), European Union Politics, and Party Politics, among others.

Reflecting my commitment to reproducible research workflows and open science practices, I also serve as Editor of Open Science for the European Journal of Political Research.

Previously, I was a Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the European University Institute in Florence and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at LMU Munich. I have obtained my doctoral degree from the European University Institute and hold a MSc in Politics Research from the University of Oxford.

I have spent research stays at the Swedish Excellence Centre for Computational Social Science (SweCSS), Aarhus University, the University of Chapel Hill (UNC), North Carolina, the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES) and at London School of Economics (LSE).
